INGREDIENTS: · Turmeric · Cayenne Pepper · Red Pepper Flake · Salt & Pepper · African Berbere Seasoning · Smoked Paprika · Olive Oil · Lemon Slices · Onions · Green Olives · Dates · Chicken · Garlic · Salt · Pepper INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. Mix up the spices and oil in a bowl. On a sheet pan, place the sliced lemons, onions, and dates. Place the chicken on top, and then pour on the mixture.
