Fish Bone Alley is calling for talent and entertainment. Gulfport’s Main Street Association wants to know who on the Coast has what it takes. Fish Bone Alley has been overflowing with art of all kinds since opening up this year and the city is planning on hosting even more events in the alley. Main Street Association officials tell News 25 they’re looking for all types of musicians and those who have a special talent to partake in some of their events. Ian Phillips, a musician from Gulfport, says Fish Bone Alley is a unique place for local arts to thrive. “It brings all sorts of local artists in and it kind of gives them this place to test their talent. I like having all of these artists here. We can meet and collaborate and it’s a really special place because you can find out if people really like your stuff.” Gulfport Main Street Director Laurie Toups said, “The ability to juggle while you hula hoop or walk on your hands and sing a song. You name it, we’d like to see you do it.” To sign up email Toups at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit Main Street’s Facebook page for more information.
